Applications will not be accepted if postmarked prior to the date registration opens or after registration closes.

Advanced notification by e-mail (registrar@hcp-pca.com) to the registrar is required for all cancellations. If notification is not provided, scheduled attendance to the next DE event will be forfeited.

Refunds and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for cancellations that are received by the registrar less than two weeks prior to the event.

Refunds and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for a stopped event once a car has been on the track.

Consideration for a refund and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for "no-shows" unless the event was cancelled by the track or HCP prior to the day of the event.

For an event cancelled by CNY, HCP or the track, refunds and/or credit toward another DE event may be granted, at the Board of Directors discretion, when an event is not started or the event is cancelled either by the track, CNY or HCP prior to the start of the event. (This only applies to those who show up at the event.)

We reserve the right to deny the acceptance of any Driver’s Education application, or to revoke any application previously accepted, for any reason, except that it will not deny or revoke a Driver’s Education application solely on the basis of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.

If a minor (under 18) is attending any DE event BOTH parents must sign the minor waiver form.

Applications will not be accepted by signature required delivery, metered mail, email or fax. All applications must be accompanied by a check to gain entry into the event.

Checks should be made payable to Hudson Champlain Region PCA.
